When you leave this conference, it is our goal that you are a mature, college-ready student leader ready to positively impact your school and community.  You will possess a better understanding of your responsibility as a young black male or female, as well as the importance and necessity of young, strong black leaders. Lastly, you will possess this ability to articulate issues affecting black youth across the country.
